Paula Airoldi is the business owner and licensee of Encore
Property Group, a successful Real Estate Company she established
in June 2013 and built on the pillars of constant communication
and a reliable team of experienced long-term staff. This stable,
expert foundation ensures her trademark focus on high standards
in customer service and satisfaction.

Since launching her Real Estate career in 2004, Paula has
measured her success by literally hundreds of property
transactions across the spectrum, including residential,
commercial, and rural properties. She consistently delivers
excellent outcomes for home buyers, sellers, and happy investors
with rental properties—often achieving results far above their
expectations.

Today, Paula is focused on high-level management and strategic
growth, dedicating her expertise to working on the business. She
drives the company’s vision and ensures the consistent
application of expert negotiation skills and an honest,

Michelle Jendranata

BDM & Sales Consultant

Michelle has over 30 years of diverse experience spanning
administration, customer service, sales, and management,
Michelle’s career is built on a foundation of operational
excellence.

Michelle’s deep-seated passion for real estate led her to join
Encore Property Group in January 2014. Today, Michelle is an
integral part of the leadership team, responsible for the
day-to-day operations of the company. Michelle’s role involves
liaising closely with all department heads to ensure seamless
workflow and consistent, professional results. She also
maintains an active role in sales, leveraging her deep expertise
to achieve outstanding results.

She believes that exceptional service starts with outstanding
communication and genuine care, and she is committed to

Client Relationship Manager

With over a decade in experience in the real estate industry,
Amy has developed a strong reputation for her professionalism,
in-depth market knowledge, and commitment to excellence. In her
current role as Client Relationship Manager at Encore Property
Group, she plays a key role in driving growth and delivering
tailored solutions for tenants and landlords.

Amy’s personable and dedicated approach enables her to build
lasting relationships, optimise rental returns for property
owners, and enhance tenant satisfaction. Her focus is always on

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Amy enjoys

Kylie leads our team with the knowledge and experience of 16
years of property management working together with our

Her most valuable asset is her ability to navigate through any
difficult situation and resolve where required.

She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in this time and her
passion is keeping your property in good repair and making sure
maintenance is attended to in a timely manner .

Senior Property Manager

Rebecca Hurrelbrink is one of our Senior Property Managers
boasting over 25yrs in realestate, she comes with an extensive
knowledge connecting our owners and tenants. Previous experience
in Management, Business Development, Strata and Trust accounting
she strives to deliver not only a professional experience but
stress free for her clients. When not at work, she’s a
passionate wife, mother and grandmother who loves spending
quality time with family and friends.

Barbara Ford

Leasing & Commercial Consultant

Barbara brings over three decades of dedicated customer service
experience and a wealth of knowledge from her extensive tenure
as a Property Manager. She now concentrates her formidable
skills specifically on Leasing and Commercial Management, where
her expertise is invaluable.

Angela has over 10 years’ experience in Property Management and
has lived in the Rockingham area for over 27 years.

Property Management has been a long burning passion of hers
after having run her own award winning cleaning business. With a
background in insurance and customer service, it felt like it
was a natural progression for her. This is demonstrated by her
dedication to her clients, both owners and tenants.

Destiny Le Cerf-Smart

Property Manager

Destiny is a licensed Property Manager at Encore Property with
over almost 5 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. She
started at the young age of 18 learning the reins of reception
and admin assistant, then quickly transitioning to manage a
portfolio of properties. Her focus is to provide clear and
professional communication to ensure every client, owner or
tenant, receives exceptional service.

Destiny is dedicated to completing a Diploma of Property to
further her knowledge and better support her clients.

Joedy Read is a highly skilled Property Management Assistant at

dedicated industry experience, starting with a traineeship and
completing my Certificate III in Real Estate Practice, my core
responsibility is to ensure every sale is a seamless,
zero-stress process. My professional philosophy is “Do it right
the first time,” meaning I apply meticulous attention to detail
to every transaction. I manage campaign logistics, from
launching marketing materials and coordinating appointments to
handling follow-ups and managing client communication, ensuring
every deadline is met and no detail is ever overlooked.

My role is to serve as the reliable operational hub, ensuring a
seamless experience for the team’s clients. I genuinely enjoy

beginning her journey at reception before moving into Property
Management, where she went on to earn her Property Management
registration. She has since transitioned into her current role
as Sales Administrator and is now completing her Certificate IV
in Real Estate Practice. Gemma is passionate about delivering
exceptional service, thriving in a busy team environment, and
building strong relationships with clients.
