Encore Property Group are active in a range of community services.

We provide direct support to the community via Sponsorship through various charitable organisations, sporting clubs, not for profits and by connecting local business with local people through our Tradies Centre. 

Two main sponsorships is with Jarrod Sewell Racing for the Rally and the Kwinana Cricket Club. 

Each year Santa has a direct mail box in our office.

We help with Food drives, have been on call for natural disasters and we regularly offer of boardroom free of charge to local groups needing a space to hold a meeting.
We’re proud to have Rotary use our front office space for their signage.
