What Documents You Need When Applying for a Rental Property
When applying for an available rental property in Kwinana or Rockingham there are a few different documents that you have to provide along with your completed rental application.
These extra documents help to support your application, so the more information you are able to provide, the more likely you may be to nail your application.
Every application may be slightly different however a good guide to all documents is:
- Your completed and signed application form for the property
- Any reference letters from employers etc
- Pet references (if applicable)
- Proof of income (recent payslips, bank statements, tax return)
- Letter of employment (if you’re starting a new job)
- Valid ID equal to a total of 100 points (passport, citizenship certificate, driver’s licence, Medicare card, utility bills)
- Rental history (if applicable)
- Employment history (if applicable)
