His role is dedicated to ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.

5. Constant Support: When you are dealing with a team over a single person you will always have someone to contact. The whole team knows about your property and what is happening with it. If Brendon, for example, is in a meeting you are able to talk to Mark or Brayden and get the information you need, when you need it.

What about our lovely Michelle Jendranata?

As you may know we also have another sales rep in our office, Michelle Jendranata. Michelle, along with selling properties, is also our Senior Property Manager and Business Development Manager. With her years of property management experience her main sales focus is going to be selling our current client’s investment properties along with any other listings that she brings in. Her expertise in property management means she is the best option for selling your investment property. Plus, she still has the full support of Mark and Brayden at her disposal.
