her many years in the industry Paula has built up a large client

many of which have delivered her clients outcomes far above
their expectations. She loves the challenge of working in an
ever-changing environment of real estate.

Starting her Real Estate career in 2004, she can’t remember a
time when she wasn’t helping people find their dream property,
either through renting or purchasing. Successfully combining her
exceptional negotiation skills and an honest, personable
approach, she provides the high levels of excellence in real

stress free for her clients. When not at work, she’s a
passionate wife, mother and grandmother who loves spending

conditioning as an operation manager, Brendon saw a career
change into real estate for Encore Property Group and we are

Brayden joined the team at Encore Property Group as a Sales
Administrator to assist with the sales team.  He has secured a
Traineeship of Certificate III in Real Estate Sales Practise
with Encore Property Group and looks forward to advancing his
knowledge in the Real Estate Industry.

Growing up, Brayden was fortunate enough to move across the
country and even overseas with his family.

“It’s these experiences where I learnt how to be a people person
through coming into contact with many different people from all
over the world” Brayden says.  Brayden’s sense of responsibility
has always motivated him to achieve exceptional results and go
above and beyond for customer service.

Gemma joined Encore Property Group in mid-2020 starting as our
receptionist. Having a fresh face and bubbly personality,
working on reception has encouraged Gemma to build strong and
professional relationships with clients. She has adopted a
friendly and approachable attitude to any task given.

Gemma has now moved up into our property management team as an
assistant. She is currently in the process of completing her
property management registration course to be a qualified
property manager.

Gemma has an attention for detail and is very approachable when
it comes to help in need.

When outside of work Gemma enjoys being by the water and
boating. She loves socialising with new people and being around
her friends.

Tayla has a positive attitude “I always try and maintain a
positive attitude and this has been rewarded in my schooling
with achieving consistently outstanding marks in this area”.

At the ripe old age of 13, Tayla started her first part time job
at the local Deli/Takeaway Fish & Chips small family run
business and worked there for 18 months before making the move
into full time employment.

“Having both of my parents as business owners, I have watched
and learned the importance of communicating effectively in a
work environment.
