A constant focus on high standards in customer service and
satisfaction is the driving force behind Paula’s business. Over
her many years in the industry Paula has built up a large client
base of very happy vendors and purchasers. Her career history
can be measured by literally hundreds of property transactions,
many of which have delivered her clients outcomes far above
their expectations. She loves the challenge of working in an
ever-changing environment of real estate.

Starting her Real Estate career in 2004, she can’t remember a
time when she wasn’t helping people find their dream property,
either through renting or purchasing. Successfully combining her
exceptional negotiation skills and an honest, personable
approach, she provides the high levels of excellence in real
estate dealings.

Michelle Jendranata

BDM & Sales Consultant

Michelle has over 30 years experience in administration and
customer service and has always had a passion for real estate
with a strong desire to improve the way real estate industry
operates to give clients the edge.

Michelle is an organised, efficient professional who oversees
each property in Encore Property Group portfolio with keen
attention to detail and a focus on each client’s best interests.

Michelle offers Encore Property Group clients expertise in a
diverse collection of management activities including tenant
relations, lease compliance, vendor management and contract
negotiation. She expertly addresses issues involving property
maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and budget
preparation.

Amy Clarke

Client Relationship Manager

With over a decade in experience in the real estate industry,
Amy has developed a strong reputation for her professionalism,
in-depth market knowledge, and commitment to excellence. In her
current role as Client Relationship Manager at Encore Property
Group, she plays a key role in driving growth and delivering
tailored solutions for tenants and landlords.

Amy’s personable and dedicated approach enables her to build
lasting relationships, optimise rental returns for property
owners, and enhance tenant satisfaction. Her focus is always on
achieving the best possible outcomes while maintaining a high
standard of service.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Amy enjoys
exploring her local surroundings on weekends, often seeking out
unique coffee spots along the way.

Amy is committed to ensuring that every property investment is
both rewarding and stress-free for her clients.

Kylie Chapman

Director of Property Management

Kylie joined our team with the knowledge and experience of
12 years of property management working in boutique agencies.

Her most valuable asset is her ability to navigate through any
difficult situation and resolve where required.

She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in this time and her
passion is keeping your property in good repair and making sure
maintenance is attended to in a timely manner.

Rebecca Hurrelbrink

Senior Property Manager

Rebecca Hurrelbrink is one of our Senior Property Managers
boasting over 25yrs in realestate, she comes with an extensive
knowledge connecting our owners and tenants. Previous experience
in Management, Business Development, Strata and Trust accounting
she strives to deliver not only a professional experience but
stress free for her clients. When not at work, she’s a
passionate wife, mother and grandmother who loves spending
quality time with family and friends.

Angela Ryan

Property Manager

Angela has over 10 years’ experience in Property Management and
has lived in the Rockingham area for over 27 years.

Property Management has been a long burning passion of hers
after having run her own award winning cleaning business. With a
background in insurance and customer service, it felt like it
was a natural progression for her. This is demonstrated by her
dedication to her clients, both owners and tenants.

Joedy Read

Property Management Assistant

Joedy Read is a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager at
Encore Property Group, with a diverse background and a wealth of
experience that uniquely equips her for success in the real
estate industry. With a passion for delivering exceptional
service and a natural aptitude for teamwork, Joedy is an
invaluable asset to the Encore Property Group team.

Joedy’s diverse experience has instilled in her a strong work
ethic that drives her to excel in her role as a Property Manager
Assistant. Her hard work and dedication are evident in her
commitment to ensuring that properties under her care are
well-maintained and managed to the highest standards.

Brendon August

Director of Sales

After a distinguished career in refrigeration and air
conditioning as an operation manager, Brendon saw a career
change into real estate for Encore Property Group and we are
thrilled to have his energy, warmth and enthusiasm as part of
the Encore Property Group team.

Enthusiastic, motivated, and offering outstanding business and
communication skills are just some of the key attributes Brendon
August brings to Encore Property Group.

A man of many talents, Brendon is known for his ability to make
clients feel at ease whilst making their big decisions, he is
known for his hard work and dedication to his career, his family
and his team.

His passion for real estate, interest in market trends and
desire to help others makes him the ideal SALES CONSULTANT!

Brayden Sewell

Sales Assistant

Brayden joined the team at Encore Property Group as a Sales
Administrator to assist with the sales team.  He has secured a
Traineeship of Certificate III in Real Estate Sales Practise
with Encore Property Group and looks forward to advancing his
knowledge in the Real Estate Industry.

Growing up, Brayden was fortunate enough to move across the
country and even overseas with his family.

“It’s these experiences where I learnt how to be a people person
through coming into contact with many different people from all
over the world” Brayden says.  Brayden’s sense of responsibility
has always motivated him to achieve exceptional results and go
above and beyond for customer service.

Gemma Eldrid

Sales Administrator

Gemma joined Encore Property Group in mid-2020 starting as our
receptionist. Having a fresh face and bubbly personality,
working on reception has encouraged Gemma to build strong and
professional relationships with clients. She has adopted a
friendly and approachable attitude to any task given.

Gemma has now moved up into our property management team as an
assistant. She is currently in the process of completing her
property management registration course to be a qualified
property manager.

Gemma has an attention for detail and is very approachable when
it comes to help in need.

When outside of work Gemma enjoys being by the water and
boating. She loves socialising with new people and being around
her friends.

Tayla AIroldi

Marketing Officer

Tayla has a positive attitude “I always try and maintain a
positive attitude and this has been rewarded in my schooling
with achieving consistently outstanding marks in this area”.

At the ripe old age of 13, Tayla started her first part time job
at the local Deli/Takeaway Fish & Chips small family run
business and worked there for 18 months before making the move
into full time employment.

“Having both of my parents as business owners, I have watched
and learned the importance of communicating effectively in a
work environment.
