Conveniently located

Growing suburb, located less than 30 minutes south of Perth’s CBD, surrounded by natural bushland and great landscaped family parks.

Wellard offers a perfect setting for growing families.

There are five schools in the area including The King’s College and Bertram Primary School, plus a new shopping centre,  commercial and medical services to this new vibrant community.

Wellard is also a short drive from other major retail precincts, including Cockburn Gateway, Rockingham shopping centre and Kwinana Marketplace.

Those who love the beach will be pleased to have Kwinana Beach just 12 minutes away from their home.  This is a good neighbourhood for the country lifestyle.

It's quiet with plenty of parks around to walk the dogs and kick the ball around. Only takes 2 minutes to walk to the train station which gets me to the city easily. Definitely a growing neighbourhood for families, young couples or retirees looking to downsize.

Wellard Village a place to live
Client's Review
The Village in the heart of Wellard is a wonderful place to live, it has all my needs and more , a great train station, cafes, and community center in walking distance from our home.
The Well Tavern is a fantastic family orientated place to meet family and friends, the service, staff and food are superb.
The Local shops have everything I need, including doctors, dentist, and chiropractor.
The news there is to be a primary school built in the Village is a bonus.
Buying and living in the Wellard Village is a place we wanted to be and couldn't have picked a better suburb , Kwinana is an amazing place to be.

Wellard is a natural bushland surrounded by beautiful landscape parks. It is locates less than 30 minutes from the CBD and with the train station not far it gives me easy access to and from work. My Daughter catches the bus to Wellard primary school and then gets the bus home. Beautiful community with lovely neighbours. Highly recommend if you are looking at moving to Wellard!! Also Wellard is only 5 minutes away from Kwinana Shopping centre

Client's Review
What I like about Wellard is that is central to everything!
And I really love every second week going to Willage Market in Wellard. What a lovely Sunday morning activity for the whole family! Kids love it. Live band music, food, awesome handmade crafts from local products, homemade jam, pickles. It feels like living in small country town but so close everywhere else. Train station ! yes it is important when you travel to work every morning. Well there are also a bit of bad news there.....but you can find these in Facebook group winning people. I believe that any place can be good or bad.
