About Bertram suburb

Client's Review
If you ask me where to live in Perth, the first place I would recommend is Bertram. For me the benefit of living in this beautiful area is great access to public transport to take me to the city for work. Where I live there is a big park right next door which is perfect for my dog as I don't own a big back yard full off grass. I try to avoid driving as much as I can and with Kwinana marketplace being only 6 minutes away is a huge plus.

Myself and my two little boys moved into a rental 3 months ago. Surprisingly cheap and affordable but yet in a beautiful area with lovely people. Leaving in 3 months to go back in the Cockburn area... Bertram will be missed!

Client's Review
I've previously lived in Bertram and loved it. I love the Bertram region and when we one day buy, we will head back up that way.

Only one thing I didn't like is that there is no gym close by. ( walking distance )

Love Bertram

Client's Review
I love Bertram! I find with my family that Bertram is a great community suburb. The kids enjoy interacting with the each other at the park and we enjoy all the properties that take part in the festive times eg, Christmas lights and Halloween Trick n Treating. I'm able to take part in the mummies walk with our strollers with other mums to get into that summer bikini and of course we can't pass a coffee at the local bakery. Yes there is still break ins and kids doing stupid stuff, but we all gang together as a community and share this activity on Bertram Chat Facebook. I don't think I'll ever move from Bertram.
